Maldives is a country located in the South - Asian subcontinent. In Indian Ocean, maldives is a tropical nation which is composed of 26 ring shaped atolls,  which are almost made of 1,000 coral islands. Maldives is known for its natural beauty of blue lagoon, extensive reefs and mesmerising beaches. The capital of maldives is Male, it consists busy fish market, shops, restaurants and many resorts. Maafushi(Kaafu Atoll):

In kaafu Atoll this island is one the inhabited island in Maldives. This island is about 27 km away from Male. It is one of the best island with thriving local economy. Kuramathi:

National Museum in Male:

This museum was opened on 11 November 1952 which is the national day of Maldives. It is located in Sultan park in the Male,it is the 3 storey building. Here we can see quran engraved on the walls of museum. It was formerly the palace of Sultan of Maldives. There are well kept artifacts about the local culture of Maldives which are preserved in this museum. You can visit and see these artifacts coins, clothes, antique arts, furniture, etc. If you are interested in history of Maldives, then this is the best place to visit.

Male Friday Mosque:

It is most ornate mosque in the Male kaafu Atoll, it is also known as old Friday mosque. It is also listed in UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE and represent the best example of sea culture architecture. It was opened in 1658. Ibrahim Nasir is the burial of this mosque. 

Emboodhu Finolhu Island:

It is one of the best attractions you can find in Maldives. This island looks very beautiful and resembles as the water villas in the shape of flower bud. This island features about 55 water villas. The most beautiful resort is Taj Exotica Resort. The island is very close to the International airport of Maldives and thus every tourists finds it very easy to reach this island.
